Over 20 years of high tech industry experience. For the past 15 years, I've created and managed public web sites, customer and partner extranets, and micro-sites. In the 5 years before Cisco, I created and managed a customer community. At Cisco, I drove the launch of the Cisco Collaboration Community (www.cisco.com/go/joinconversation) in March 2009 and currently manage it. The community is focused on sharing information, perspectives, and resources about collaboration topics (generically) and Cisco Collaboration Solutions (Unified Communications, Enterprise Social Software, WebEx, and TelePresence) through the use of discussion forums, document sharing, blogs, and videos. The community isn't a tech support community, but rather focused on architectures, business and IT trends, requirements, adoption, cultural issues, and products from Cisco and other vendors. We have a large number of Cisco experts from product management, professional services, and marketing participating on the community and eager to hear from you. The community is intended for IT professionals.
