Kevin Sullivan is a director and Global Practice Lead of the Industrial & Diversified Manufacturing Practice of the Cisco Internet Business Solutions Group (IBSG). In this role, he guides leading manufacturers to become more competitive. Kevin has transformed businesses through next generation processes and innovative technology enablement. His areas of expertise include business strategies for customer management, product innovation, supply chain, and financial management. Kevin has led transformation initiatives for numerous Fortune 500 manufacturing and retail companies, and has coached CXOs on adapting new technology to achieve strategic business goals.

Prior to joining Cisco Systems, Sullivan was a vice president in IBM Global Services, leading practices focused on strategy and implementation for large global companies. He headed strategy development for numerous strategic initiatives for large automotive, electronics, medical products, and industrial companies. He also directed strategy development for a Fortune 10 automotive company, which led to significant reductions in cost and time to deliver new applications.

He was also a partner in the Production Industry Practice of Accenture, where he engaged with many leading Fortune 500 clients in the electronics, equipment, automotive, aerospace, process, and consumer packaged goods industries. While at Accenture, he led the groundbreaking factory-of-the-future projects that resulted in leading-edge initiatives in networked manufacturing using lean, focused factory concepts.

Kevin Sullivan holds a B.S. bachelor’s degree in Industrial Management from Purdue University with a concentration in computer sciences and electronics. He also holds an MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee with a concentration in finance.
