Kathleen Weslock

Kathleen (Kath) Weslock, Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Cisco, leads a diverse organization with responsibility for the company’s global strategy for inclusion and diversity, talent design and performance management, compensation and benefits programs, employee rewards systems, aligning business objectives, and plays a key role in driving overall company performance. Having only recently been recruited as the HR lead for Cisco, she brings an optimistic and rational business perspective to the HR function that is essential as Cisco’s Operating Committee manages customer expectations and employee satisfaction during this transformation.
