I’m a technical consultant and solutions architect at Cisco focused on collaboration technologies. I work with customers in identifying their communication needs to then design the best possible solution for them with the tools and products on the market. During that process I not only build the system architecture, but also work deeply in all aspects that surround it: business problems to solve, user adoption, implementation plan, etc.

As an expert in collaboration, I also participate in events, customer talk forums and sessions on technological vision in which I discuss the current situation, the latest market trends and try to advise about the future evolution of this technology.

I’m passionate about meeting people and customers and working with them, facing new challenges to then seek the best way to address them. I’m very curious, have a great interest in learning from everything and never give up when faced with a problem. This makes me try to be better everyday, always with a positive attitude and a touch of humor so it’s bearable .
