John Marshall manages Cisco's pricing and licensing strategy within the Collaboration Technology Group. His group is responsible for the product pricing strategy, bundled software offerings, software subscription, and licensing strategy. Prior to taking this role, Marshall was part of the Unified Communications Sales Operations team supporting the unified communications sales effort in North America. He joined Cisco in 2004 with the acquisition of Latitude Communications, a provider of voice and web conferencing solutions. Marshall served as Vice President of Sales with the firm.
