Jennifer Dudeck

Global Learning & Development

Jennifer Dudeck leads Cisco’s global Learning & Development organization. Her team is responsible for the consultation, design and delivery of learning offerings that enable great teams at Cisco, led by effective leaders. Their work impacts across employee segments, from early in career to executive. The team is also responsible for the transformation of the Cisco learning strategy and operating model.

Jennifer joined Cisco in 2001. Prior to her current role, Jennifer led the Engineering Learning & Development organization, that was responsible for building technical capability across the global Engineering community, from current to next generation technologies. While at Cisco, Jennifer held numerous strategic and operational leadership roles within HR, both within the centers of excellence and client facing organizations. She has been a change leader within the function playing an active role toward multiple major transformational initiatives.

Before joining Cisco, Jennifer held several business aligned HR roles at the Honeywell Corporation, within the Aerospace and Performance Materials business units.

Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and English from Albion College and a master of Human Resources and Labor Relations from Michigan State University.
