Jeff McKittrick is Director of Strategic Initiatives in Sales Enablement, developing and delivering new capabilities to dramatically increase global seller productivity for both Cisco Sales and the 300k+ members of Cisco's Partner Sales ecosystem. He leverages Cloud and Big Data technologies including Salesforce.com (SFDC), SAP HANA and Mobility Platforms to deliver new experiences to help sellers find the content when and where they need it to improve sales, and leads the teams that automate and simplify processes such as approvals, bookings visibility, support cases and expense submissions via mobile devices (iOS and Android).

Previously, Jeff was Director of the Sales Operations Rapid Response Team, Director of Strategic Initiatives in Global Sales Operations, where he created a new capability to lead and shape "rapid response" type projects from senior sales and operations leadership and transition to other functions for implementation. Additionally, he was Director of Strategic Initiatives in Global Sales Operations, leading major business initiative to optimize sales operations globally. He has also led a team focused on productivity tools and systems improvements for Sales and Engineering, and held a position as Systems Engineering Manager for Colorado large enterprise accounts. Jeff has been with Cisco for approximately 15 years.

Jeff earned a degree in computer engineering from Auburn University in Alabama. Outside of work, he enjoys mountain biking and snow skiing.
