Harold is an inbound marketing specialist currently leading video and social media efforts within Cisco Services. His focus is around content creation and promotion, with the goal of establishing Cisco Services as a thought leader in the professional IT services industry.

Outside of Cisco, Harold is very active in several communities within the Bay Area. Volunteering both his time and video services to local organizations, he hopes to give back to the communities that have molded him to become the person he is today.
