Global Partner Organization

As Director of Programs for the Global Partner Organization, Grace Lo leads the partner program strategy and portfolio management across Cisco’s partner ecosystem globally. Grace is the business leader that pioneered several of Cisco’s partner program evolution, starting with the transformation to cloud and Hybrid IT, Certification evolution and focused audit approach, to the recent introduction of the new Cisco Partner Role Based Framework for software that provides partner differentiation and reward across the customer lifecycle of Land, Adopt, Expand, Renew, which are critical for a recurring revenue business; as well as new value exchanges for born in the cloud and service partners to build their business on the Cisco software platform driving business outcome for the LoB customers.

Joined Cisco in 1997 from Deloitte & Touche and has held various leadership roles across sales and business development in Cisco Capital, Sales Finance and Worldwide Partner Organization. She currently lives in San Jose, California with her husband, Ken and their 8 year old son Aaron.
