Craig joined Cisco in 1997 as a pre-sales systems engineer specializing in video and security which including working with large customers in the media industry vertical including the BBC. He went on to specialize as a consultant in network security before taking on a role as a solutions manager for IP voice security. For the last two years Craig has returned to working in the rich media space focusing on medianet and the integration of rich media applications into medianet infrastructures. Craig has a bachelors degree in International Politics and History and a Masters degree in Computer Science, both from the University of Wales, Aberystwyth.
