In my current role, I manage a team of over 20 recruiters globally who specialize in identifying talent to align with Cisco’s strategic priorities, business critical and high demand roles. I strive for a scalable process while maintaining a personalized experience. I am very interested in engaging our employees as ambassadors, providing a positive candidate experience, and a diverse workforce.

I’m also a US Air Force veteran. I’m happily-married. I like to occasionally live off the grid, love the outdoors, reading and my three dogs who I hike, run and snowshoe with at every opportunity.
