Contact Center Engineer
I have been working on Cisco Unified Border Element projects since 2009, part of my Cisco career working in voice and contact center technologies. I started at Cisco in 1999, handling calls for our internal help desk and became a technical manager, providing support for multiple Cisco contact centers in our EMEA region. I bring to this work a Master’s degree in Project Management and ITIL certification.I live in Amsterdam, but I have a passion for extensive travel. Having been around the world twice, New Zealand is a favorite destination. I especially like to go to places that are considered off the beaten track.
