Rose Anderson

Rose is a learning professional with over 15 years of experience in providing innovative learning solutions to improve sales performance, impact business results, and drive change. As Program Manager with Cisco's Learning Technologies Team, she managed the first virtual world pilot for Sales Force Development. This pilot focused on meeting a critical need in the SE community to reduce travel by virtualizing VT events, while providing an engaging and connected experience that the live events offer. She is also involved in defining the functional requirements for a Virtual World platform that will support enterprise training applications, collaboration and social networking. Prior to joining Learning Tech, Rose represented Worldwide Sales Force Development in the Global Competency Initiative and was instrumental in customizing CLEAD behaviors and competencies for sales roles and defining the process for developing role-based curriculum aligned to competencies.
