I have spent most of my career at Cisco working with our contact centers. In this area, I have worked as a contact center agent, IT developer, IT analyst, and business analyst as well as a project manager and program manager. In addition, I also served in a business development role for the Cisco Services organization.
The most interesting work I've done at Cisco has been my involvement in the Contact Center Unification Framework. This is Cisco's initiative to connect its contact centers through standardized technologies and practices in order to give customers a consistent and seamless experience in all of their interactions with Cisco.
My work today builds upon my degree in IT and my Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Before joining Cisco, I was a full-time musician and I still enjoy playing drums.
