Network and Data Center Services

I'm Chuck Churchill, Director within Network and Data Center Services at Cisco. I'm responsible for our real-time Communications services, including voice & video telephony, Presence, voice mail, and the supporting infrastructure for conferencing, TelePresence, and Contact Centers. I have been at Cisco since 1997. In prior roles I was in the Vendor Management Office, managing a team responsible for the global management of relationships with vendors that supplied servers, storage, software, and services to IT. I managed NDCS' Infrastructure Planning group, responsible for the IT Infrastructure capital and expense budget, as well as a team of project managers responsible for the implementation of servers, storage, software, and services. I also managed Cisco's Infrastructure Enterprise Asset Management program, Storage Management team, and Infrastructure Security team.

Prior to joining Cisco, I was a software development and business process consultant for various companies including Keane, Connected Computer (now part of Black Box Network Services), and American Management Systems. I was also a software development manager for The St. Paul Companies.
